Kirstin has been immersed in the world of property from day one. Her childhood was spent observing the evolution of Soulla Semple, one of Cockburn’s most prominent and successful real estate agents, who also happened to be her mum.

In 2005, Kirstin harnessed the passion and knowledge she had absorbed from her exposure, striding confidently into the industry. Accruing deep firsthand insights and demonstrating a flair for innovation and service, Kirstin’s reputation as a driven, dedicated, dynamic real estate professional was quickly established.

Following the birth of her first child in 2013, Kirstin took the leap into business ownership and co-founded Semple Property Group. She worked tirelessly to grow Semple from the ground up and is today recognised as an authority and inspiration in Perth real estate. Kirstin has a unique combination of experiences in the industry, from administration and office leadership to the pure sales skills in her blood.

Luke Dawson
Property Consultant
Luke is breaking the mould of the "Typical Real Estate Agent" by valuing honesty and integrity over the pushy hard sell! Luke is all about providing helpful information, constructive feedback and reliable, obligation-free advice.
Providing excellent customer service is one of Luke's biggest strengths. His stand out communication skills and friendly, personable approach saw him awarded by the public with the prestigious REIWA Exceptional Service Award, putting him at the top of the industry in that category.
When he isn't selling client's homes, Luke and his partner Erlyn have completed many building and renovation projects of their own meaning he is very well rounded in all aspects of property.

Brian Walker has been in the business of helping people for well over 20 years. His clients identify him as honest, hardworking and dedicated to his client base. Brian is a family man living in Success with a passion for helping people. The Walker's are a sporting family. Brian's son and daughter play cricket and football, while Brian and Karen are strong supporters and work behind the scenes at both clubs.
Moving into real estate 2011 Brian has found a passion for helping people make what would otherwise be a stressful situation into a calm, peaceful move. Josephine Salter

Josephine works with buyers as a property finder to showcase the many properties listed by Semple Property Group. Her hardworking nature and honest demeanor, along with her time, resources and skills, assists buyers to make informed and well researched decisions so they are confident in their purchases. Born and raised in Fremantle and Cockburn, Josephine has an in-depth local insight and interest in the area where you are looking for your home.
Josephine has a background in Business, achieving a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction. She has spent some time working as a Sessional Academic at the Curtin University Business School. She also has industry experience in the real estate sector, having previously worked as a personal assistant in a number of Perth’s boutique real estate firms.
Jessie began her real estate career in 2014 as a receptionist, quickly implementing Sales and Property Management Administration into her role. Her dedication to make sure each client has a positive and professional experience is of upmost importance and really shows through her service.
